Noah Syndergaard "Good To Go" For Monday's Start
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Noah Syndergaard (finger) threw a bullpen session on Saturday, and the team determined he was "good to go" for his next scheduled start on Monday against the Minnesota Twins. Syndergaard left his last outing last week against the Milwaukee Brewers after just one inning due to his right index finger being cut open with a blister. Many fantasy managers were hoping that the 30-year-old right-hander would bounce back with more velocity in his first year in LA after coming back from Tommy John surgery last year, but that hasn't been the case so far. In seven starts for the Dodgers, Thor has a 6.12 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 21 strikeouts in his 32 1/3 innings. He'll be a shaky fantasy play coming off his finger injury on Monday night.
