Nick Senzel To Miss The Rest Of The Season
2 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Senzel (toe) said he broke his toe on Tuesday against the Boston Red Sox and will miss the rest of the 2022 season. Senzel crashed into the outfield wall on Tuesday while trying to make a catch. Although he played in a career-high 110 games this year in his fourth major-league season, Senzel was disappointing for fantasy managers, hitting .231/.296/.306 with only five home runs, 25 RBI, 45 runs scored and eight stolen bases in 420 plate appearances. The 27-year-old's rookie season in 2019 was still his best to this point, when he finished with 12 homers, 42 RBI, 14 stolen bases and a .256 batting average in 104 games.
