7 months agoCincinnati Reds third baseman/outfielder Nick Senzel, the team's top prospect and No. 6 overall per MLB Pipeline, has gone 8-for-25 (.320) with three doubles over his first eight Cactus League games as he attempts to learn center field and win an Opening Day roster spot. Injuries held Senzel to only 44 games for Triple-A Louisville in 2018, but he doesn't have much left to prove in the minors and should be up early in the season even if he doesn't start with the big league club. Along with position flexibility for fantasy owners, Senzel has a tantalizing mix of power and speed and could be in the running for the National League Rookie of the Year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
