2 years agoArizona Coyotes forward Nick Schmaltz managed to take just five shifts in Thursday's 6-2 loss to Pittsburgh, leaving the game with an upper-body injury. There isn't much known of the injury so far, but head coach Andre Tourigny has already ruled him out of Saturday's tilt against the Bruins. Schmaltz, who produced a career-high 59 points in 63 appearances last season, is a key piece for the Coyotes and will be sorely missed.
