San Francisco 49ers rookie defensive end Nick Bosa (hamstring) said he will be ready for Week 1 after being diagnosed with a Grade 1 hamstring strain on May 23. He posted photos on his Instagram of him working out on Friday. The first-round pick was out almost all of his final season at Ohio State with a core muscle injury and comes with some injury risk, but the young pass rusher should make an immediate impact for the Niners in his rookie season and will surely have IDP appeal. Bosa will be a contender for Defensive Rookie of the Year if he can stay on the field.--Keith Hernandez
