5 years agoMinnesota Twins designated hitter Nelson Cruz (wrist) was removed early from Friday's game against the Cleveland Indians. Cruz is dealing with a sore left wrist, but this appears to be a minor issue. Cruz is hitting .305/.384/.627 with 35 home runs and 92 RBI this season, so the Twins can't afford to lose him. He is considered day-to-day at the moment, so it's unclear if he'll suit up for Saturday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
