Mito Pereira Looks to Build on Hot Start to PGA Tour Career

Mito Pereira has come out of the gates firing. In five PGA Tour starts since the start of July, the young Chilean has already recorded two top-10s, and that isn't even including a fourth-place finish at the Tokyo Olympics Men's Golf Competition. While Pereira faltered last week with a 39th-place finish at the Barracuda Championship, it's hard to put too much stock into that event. The three-time Korn Ferry Tour winner still deserves consideration this week on account of his ball-striking. Pereira has gained over 1.5 strokes off the tee in his last four measured starts, and over two strokes on approach in his last three measured starts. Pereira remains a viable option this week.
