Miles Sanders, Jordan Howard Limited Wednesday
3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running backs Miles Sanders (ankle) and Jordan Howard (knee) were both limited in Wednesday's walkthrough practice. Sanders aggravated an ankle injury in Week 13 that caused him to miss three games earlier this year, but he managed 27 touches for 142 total yards before resting up during last week's bye. Barring a setback later this week, the 24-year-old should be able to play in Week 15 against the Washington Football Team. However, with Howard potentially trending toward a return for the first time since Week 11, the Eagles backfield could be tough to predict with Boston Scott also likely to be involved. Sanders figures to be the primary back if he's active, but he'll be lacking in upside as an RB3/flex if Howard returns as a potential goal-line vulture.
