2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams (ankle) has officially been ruled out for the Week 13 divisional clash against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. Williams will miss his second straight game after aggravating an ankle sprain. Keenan Allen is back healthy and should serve as a target hog in this offense, but both Joshua Palmer and DeAndre Carter should continue to play big roles in the passing game with Williams sidelined. Carter had his best game of the season in the Week 12 win over the Arizona Cardinals catching seven of his 10 targets for 73 yards (all season-highs) for his third touchdown of the year. He has scored in two of the last three weeks. Fantasy managers will be hoping Williams can return next week to face the Miami Dolphins on Sunday night.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
