St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Michael Wacha was a bit wild but overall effective in Tuesday's win. He tossed 6 2/3 innings, allowing just one run on two hits and four walks. Both of the hits he allowed were singles, and the only run he gave up only scored after he left the game and a Cardinals reliever allowed the inherited runner to come around to score. Wacha has been flying under the radar, but is having an excellent season so far. He's 6-1 with a 2.71 ERA and has allowed two runs or fewer in his eight most recent starts.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
