Winnipeg Jets goaltender Michael Hutchinson left Tuesday's game against the Nashville Predators due to an upper-body injury and did not return to the game. Hutchinson and the Jets were being outplayed in the first period, giving up 20 shots in the first 10 minutes and two short-handed goals on the same power play. Hutchinson had won the only two games he started this season but gave up three goals on 15 shots Tuesday. Connor Hellebuyck was forced to step in due to the injury with Steve Mason out (knee) for two to three weeks. The Jets hope Hutchinson's injury is a minor one.--aayushdas
