Michael Beasley Powers Knicks Past Rival Nets
7 years agoNew York Knicks small forward Michael Beasley, the self-proclaimed left-handed Melo, played like him in the Martin Luther King Day matinee in Brooklyn, scoring 23 points, grabbing 10 rebounds and nabbing two blocks. Beasley’s double-double was a driving factor in Monday’s result. Lately, Beasley has been one of the more consistent players for the Knicks, scoring in double figures 16 times over the last 21 games. Beasley, a player for years who has struggled with consistency over the course of his career, should continue to keep up his production throughout the second half of the season, although you can expect a couple of duds, as they are inevitable for a player like him.
