2 years agoBuffalo Sabres defenseman Mattias Samuelsson (knee) will be back in action Tuesday against Montreal. He's returning after sitting out 13 games with a knee problem. The 22-year-old was a revelation early in the campaign and helped Buffalo to a nice start before getting injured. The team went 4-1-0 with Samuelsson in the lineup, but he now finds himself rejoining a team that has dropped eight games in a row. The young blue-liner failed to register any points in his first five outings of the campaign, but he was a solid plus-six and gave fantasy managers a nice amount of blocks and hits. Samuelsson heads straight back to the first defensive pairing to skate with the outstanding Rasmus Dahlin.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
