11 months agoDetroit Tigers starting pitcher Matt Moore (knee) will undergo surgery on Wednesday. The left-hander is dealing with a meniscus injury, so expect him to be out for four to six weeks at the very least. It's a shame since Moore hadn't allowed a run in his 10 innings over his first two starts of the year while striking out nine and walking just one. Despite the solid start, he's not worth holding onto if you need the room in shallow mixed leagues. Daniel Norris is expected to fill his spot in the rotation when the Tigers need a fifth starter again.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
