7/31:Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Matt Harvey is still a good candidate to be traded at the deadline on Tuesday. The Brewers and Braves have been the most interested in him. Harvey has been better since moving to Cincy, going 5-4 with a 4.44 ERA and 1.19 WHIP, but he's still striking out only 6.9 hitters per nine innings, which leaves a lot to be desired. He's been a streaming option in deeper leagues. A move to a contender would make him slightly more attractive.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
