Marvin Mims Jr. A Desperation Deep-League Flex Play
Marvin Mims Jr. has shown us in recent weeks just how ugly it can get if you toss him into your starting lineup. The 21-year-old big-play threat has just one catch for four yards in the last two weeks combined, and he wasn't even targeted in the Week 6 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs while playing 23% of the offensive snaps. On the bright side so far in his first NFL season, Mims is second on the team with 246 receiving yards while averaging a hefty 24.6 yards per catch. The problem is, he only has 10 receptions to this point and hasn't played more than 35% of the snaps in a single game. Mims could bust out with a big catch down the field in Week 7 against the Green Bay Packers, but are you really willing to risk that when considering his floor? We didn't think so.
