Mark Andrews Agrees To Four-Year Extension
3 years agoThe Baltimore Ravens and Pro Bowl tight end Mark Andrews agreed to a four-year contract extension worth $56 million on Monday, according to sources. The $14 million per year that he'll receive will give him more money through four years than any other tight end in football. The 26-year-old is an excellent downfield and red-zone threat in Baltimore's offense, and he finished as the No. 5 fantasy tight end last season. However, he doesn't have the ceiling of names like Travis Kelce, George Kittle or Darren Waller in the Ravens run-first offense. Perhaps that changes with Ravens running backs J.K. Dobbins (knee) and Justice Hill (Achilles) out for the year. Regardless, Andrews remains a strong TE1 and should be an easy top-five choice in Week 1 against the Las Vegas Raiders.
