San Jose Sharks defenseman Mario Ferraro (undisclosed) was placed on Injured Reserve on Saturday. He logged over 21 minutes of action in Friday's loss to the Kings but it looks like Ferraro also hurt himself in the game. Nick Cicek is expected to replace him in the lineup Sunday versus Vancouver. In Ferraro, the Sharks lose a player who is among the league leaders with 47 blocks. He has also registered 27 hits with five points and 24 shots in 23 games this season. Ferraro's fantasy stock isn't high, but only Erik Karlsson logs more minutes than him on the Sharks squad, so his absence will definitely be felt.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
