9 months agoOakland Athletics starting pitcher Marco Estrada (back) is still not doing baseball activity yet. However, he said Sunday that he might resume playing catch sometime next week. He had an ablation procedure on his back a month ago after a dismal start to the season. Estrada has a 6.85 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and just 11 strikeouts across 23 2/3 innings in 2019, and clearly something was wrong with Estrada during the early going. The right-handed starter and 35 years old and coming back from a back issue, so he is a risky fantasy play down the stretch.--Daniel E. Dobish - RotoBaller
