2 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Marcell Ozuna remains the favorite for primary designated hitter duties for the team in 2023. Ozuna is playing often in the Grapefruit League in spring training and is strictly being used as a DH, despite saying before arriving to camp that his throwing arm was stronger after rehab work in the winter. The Braves prefer not to use him in left field, and they are hoping he can bounce back offensively after leading the National League in home runs and RBI in the shortened 2020 campaign. In the last two seasons, though, he has hit a combined .222 with 30 home runs and a .675 OPS in 172 games. The 32-year-old still has decent power, but everything else could be volatile for fantasy managers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
