Lynn Bowden Jr. Present During DEA Raid
5 years agoDrug Enforcement Agency agents, U.S. Marshals and local police raided an Ohio home in which Las Vegas Raiders rookie running back Lynn Bowden Jr. was staying on Wednesday. Handguns and loaded assault weapons were recovered from the house, and while Bowden was present during the raid, no arrests were made. Bowden and his son were staying at the house, which belongs to a family relative, and he "fully cooperated with law enforcement during the search... was released, not arrested and not charged with any crime," according to Bowden's agency. A first-team All-American at Kentucky and a third-round pick, Bowden's versatility and speed as a running back and receiver will give the Raiders an added dimension, but it's unknown if legal issues will follow him into his rookie season.
