2 years agoSeattle Mariners catcher Luis Torrens went 2-for-4 with his third home run of the season, two RBI and a run scored in the 5-4 win over the Detroit Tigers in the final game of the regular season on Wednesday. The 26-year-old backstop was at second base in this one, and he finished off his 2022 regular season on a high note to finish with a .225/.283/.298 slash line with three home runs, 15 RBI and 13 runs scored in his 166 plate appearances and 55 games played in his second full season with Seattle.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
