Lou Trivino Earns Second Save Of Season Wednesday

Oakland Athletics relief pitcher Lou Trivino notched his second save of the season on Wednesday against the Tigers. Trivino entered the ninth inning up by three and pitched a 1-2-3 inning with a strikeout. Nothing has been mentioned as to why closer Blake Treinen did not get the ball in the ninth, but he had closed the last two games, so it seems like just a routine day of rest. Trivino is now 6-1 with eight holds and a 1.64 ERA in 33 IP. With the A's playing relatively well this season, Trivino may be worth a look in very deep leagues that value holds.
