Logan Webb 2026 Fantasy Baseball Outlook: Giants' Ace Offers Consistent Returns But Carries WHIP Risk
San Francisco Giants starting pitcher put together another impressive season in 2025. Webb tied a career-high with 15 wins, led the National League with 224 strikeouts, and maintained a 3.22 ERA. The only notable blemish on his stat line was a 1.24 WHIP. Over the course of his 207.0 innings in 2025, that was certainly a weight on the category for fantasy managers. Webb ranked in the top five in FIP, xFIP, and SIERA last year, but also had MLB's sixth-highest batting average against (.261) and suffered from a league-worst BABIP of .346. Webb can be expected to provide much of the same in 2026. With a career strikeout rate of 22.9%, he is not a standout strikeout pitcher, but as one of the league's few workhorses, he will accumulate plenty over a full season and work his way to double-digit wins. With better luck, he should fare better against opposing batters and lower his WHIP, but fantasy managers with an eye on Webb should have a plan to balance out the category. RotoBaller currently ranks Webb 59 overall, right in line with his NFBC ADP, a fair price for San Francisco's staff ace.
