Logan Thomas Won't Return In Week 10
3 years agoWashington Football Team tight end Logan Thomas (hamstring) will not come off Injured Reserve to play in Week 10 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. "So far, so good. But, again, he's just not ready to be put on the football field and that's probably the biggest thing. We have to be smart about that," head coach Ron Rivera said. Thomas returned to practice on Monday and dealt with some soreness, so the team isn't ready to throw him back into action. The 30-year-old has been out since Week 4. Ricky Seals-Jones, who has 17 receptions for 162 yards and a touchdown on 26 targets in four games with Thomas sidelined, will continue to be a touchdown-dependent TE2 sleeper in Week 10 against the Bucs.
