Leki Fotu Signs With Raiders
Veteran free-agent defensive lineman Leki Fotu (knee) signed an undisclosed deal with the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday, a source told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Hamstring and knee injuries limited Fotu to just two games (one start) with the New York Jets in 2024. The 26-year-old was taken by the Arizona Cardinals in the 2020 NFL draft in the fourth round (114th overall) out of the University of Utah. In his four seasons with the Cardinals, the defensive tackle had 89 tackles (42 solo), 3.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss, seven QB hits, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 56 games (21 starts). Fotu will most certainly continue to be a rotational defensive lineman on the interior and will be competing for a 53-man roster spot this summer in training camp in Vegas.

Across three games so far in 2026, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Ryan Flournoy has recorded just nine catches for 67 yards. However, the 26-year-old has seen 18 targets, including eight in Dallas' Week 3 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. While Flournoy is the clear WR3 in Dallas behind star Cowboys wideouts CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, he's still played at least 66% of his team's offensive snaps in every game this season. Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is also currently averaging 35 pass attempts per game, which gives Flournoy a chance to be productive. In Week 4, the Cowboys are set to face the Houston Texans. Houston has been surprisingly vulnerable to the pass so far this season, ranking 27th in the NFL in yards per pass attempt allowed (8.1). Still, the Texans boast one of the league's most talented defenses and could make life hard on the Dallas offense. All in all, Flournoy profiles as a deep-league flex option at best in Week 4.

Xavier Hutchinson Returns to Complementary Role
Houston Texans wide receiver Xavier Hutchinson will remain involved in the team's passing game against the Cowboys in Week 4, although he could be in a smaller role with Nico Collins returning from a two-week absence. Hutchinson has three catches on at least six targets in each of the first three games of this season. He had a season-high 51 yards in Week 3 against the Colts and also had two rushes for four yards. Hutchinson will likely rotate with Kayshon Boutte across from Collins against Dallas, and even though his connection with C.J. Stroud is strong, his reduced role has him as the No. 81 WR in RotoBaller's Week 4 rankings. He can be left on the waiver wire or your bench in most formats until the Texans' offense gets going.

Omarion Hampton a Risky RB2 in Week 4 vs. Seahawks
Los Angeles Chargers running back Omarion Hampton is coming off his worst performance of the 2026 season. The 23-year-old had less than a 50% snap share, produced 5.6 PPR points, and finished as the RB40 for the week. Gloomy skies remain for Hampton as he heads to Seattle to face the reigning Super Bowl champions. The Seahawks' defense hasn't allowed a rushing touchdown, has allowed the third-fewest yards per carry, and has allowed the sixth-fewest rushing yards through three games. As a result, Hampton enters Week 4 as RotoBaller's PPR RB24 in a tough matchup. Hampton is a borderline RB2 this week and will likely need to find the end zone to pay off for fantasy managers. The young back has yet to live up to lofty offseason expectations as he heads into Week 4.

Justin Herbert Nightmare Season Could Get Worse in Week 4 vs. Seahawks
Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert has had a rough start to his 2026 campaign and will face his toughest defense yet on Sunday. In three games, Herbert has yet to throw for over 250 passing yards or multiple touchdown passes in a single game. Herbert and the Chargers will head to Seattle to face the reigning Super Bowl champions, who have the league's most feared defense. The Seahawks' defense has allowed the fewest passing yards while forcing the most interceptions (4) this season. As a result, Herbert enters Week 4 as RotoBaller's QB26 and shouldn't be in fantasy lineups. Herbert has yet to surpass 15 fantasy points in a game this year and has thrown more interceptions than touchdown passes. The 28-year-old is a risky superflex play at best, and better quarterback streaming options are available on the waiver wire in Week 4.

Jalen Coker Set Up for Big Game if Active in Week 4
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker (quad) is currently listed as questionable to play in his team's Week 4 matchup against the Detroit Lions due to a quad injury. The 24-year-old suffered the injury during Carolina's Week 3 loss to the Cleveland Browns and was forced to leave the game. He did not practice on Wednesday, but was able to log limited practice sessions on both Thursday and Friday. If Coker can play against Detroit, he could be set up for a monster week. The third-year wideout has been excellent when healthy so far this season, recording 16 catches for 204 yards and two touchdowns on 18 targets across his first two games. The Lions' defense has also been atrocious against the pass, allowing over 325 passing yards per game through the first three weeks of the season. If Coker is active, he profiles as a solid WR2 option for fantasy managers in Week 4.

Kayshon Boutte Set for Smaller Role
Houston Texans wide receiver Kayshon Boutte hasn't had a huge game in his time with his new team, but now he won't have the pressure of trying to fill in for Nico Collins, who will be back from his hamstring injury. Boutte has only been marginally involved in the two weeks without Collins, catching three passes for 37 yards against the Bengals and two passes for 21 yards against the Colts. He played about 70% of snaps each week but hasn't yet shown a strong connection with QB C.J. Stroud. Boutte does remain a boom-or-bust deep threat with upside, especially as he grows in the offense, but he is only the WR62 in RotoBaller's Week 4 rankings, making him a very high-risk starting option against the Cowboys.

Broncos Defense Could Have Tough Day vs. 49ers
The Denver Broncos' defense faces a tall task in Week 4 as it prepares to take on a vaunted San Francisco 49ers offense that has scored 32.7 points per game through the season's first three weeks, which is second-best in the NFL behind the Buffalo Bills. Last week, the 49ers put up 36 points while racking up 437 total yards during a win over the Arizona Cardinals, while Denver gave up a whopping 482 yards during a win over the Los Angeles Rams. The Broncos' defense has allowed -0.02 EPA per play, according to Next Gen Stats, which is tied for 20th in the NFL. Denver is RotoBaller's 20th-ranked defense and is projected to score seven fantasy points in Week 4.

Nico Collins Is a Top-10 Option in His Return
Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins (hamstring) is ready to return after a two-week absence, and he should step right back into a big role in his team's offense. The 0-3 Texans will need to go all out to beat the Cowboys in Houston, so look for them to be aggressive and get Collins plenty of chances to make plays. In Week 1, before the injury, Collins caught seven of his 10 targets for 75 yards and a touchdown against the Bills. While other players contributed while he was gone, none stepped up and became the go-to option. Collins should slide right back into that featured role against the Cowboys, who have allowed three WR touchdowns in the last two weeks and over 120 yards to the position in each of their three games this year. They added Joey Porter Jr. to the secondary this week, but it's still a favorable matchup for Collins, who ranks as the WR9 in RotoBaller's Week 4 rankings. You can start with confidence in all formats as he returns from injury.

Wil Lutz Starting Slow With 49ers Game Upcoming
Denver Broncos kicker Wil Lutz has started slow over the first three weeks of the 2026 season, converting three of just four field goal attempts on the year. Lutz finished a Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Rams 0-for-1 with a miss from 43 yards. His long field goal this year was from 45 yards, which came in Week 2 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, while he also made a kick from 31 yards in Week 1 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Lutz is a perfect 5-for-5 on his point-after attempts. He is RotoBaller's 28th-ranked kicker in Week 4 and is projected to score eight fantasy points against the 49ers.

Foster Moreau Only a Deep League Option
Houston Texans tight end Foster Moreau has caught two passes in each of his three games this season, regularly getting involved as the team's second tight end behind Dalton Schultz. Moreau found the end zone in Week 3 and got a season-high four targets against the Colts, actually getting more targets than Schultz, who only had three. Moreau played 57% of snaps, and his workload is definitely worth watching as the Texans try to figure out who can emerge as an effective option for the struggling offense. Moreau is only the TE45 in RotoBaller's Week 4 rankings, so he isn't a starter outside of the deepest formats yet. However, he is a DFS punt play and a sleeper to watch if he keeps getting so much playing time.

Dalton Schultz a Borderline Starter in Week 4
Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz came back to earth after a massive Week 2, and he could be in for a smaller workload in Week 4 against the Cowboys since Nico Collins will be back from his injury. In Week 2, Schultz went off for 140 receiving yards on 12 catches without Collins, but last week, he only had 30 yards on three catches against the Colts. With Collins back to take targets as well, Schultz will still be a PPR option, but his limited workload keeps him just outside the top 10 at the position. Schultz still has PPR upside as one of the top targets for C.J. Stroud in Houston's offense, but this week he's only the No. 14 TE in RotoBaller's rankings, making him a borderline starter in most leagues this week against the Cowboys, who have allowed the eighth-most fantasy points in the NFL to the position through the first three weeks of the season.

Evan Engram Trending in Wrong Direction Entering Challenge vs. 49ers
It's been a rough two weeks for those fantasy owners with shares of Denver Broncos tight end Evan Engram. Engram has just one catch over the Broncos' last two matchups, a 17-yard reception during a Week 2 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. He finished a Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Rams with two targets, but failed to haul either of them in. Engram is RotoBaller's 30th-ranked tight end and is projected to score just five fantasy points against a San Francisco 49ers defense that allowed Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride to record nine receptions for 75 yards last week. Despite a solid day for McBride, however, the 49ers have done a nice job defending against opposing tight ends this year. San Francisco has allowed just 4.4 fantasy points per game to players at the position through three weeks.

Ka'imi Fairbairn Is a Solid Starter Against the Cowboys
Houston Texans kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn continues to be one of the most reliable kickers in the NFL. Last week, he made a 24-yard field goal and both of his extra-point tries against the Colts, and this week, he'll come home to kick indoors at Reliant Stadium against Dallas. The Cowboys rank in the middle of the pack for fantasy points allowed to kickers, and the Texans will definitely need to put points on the board as they try to avoid a 0-4 start to the season. While the offense has struggled, Fairbairn has been consistent enough with the opportunities he has gotten to be RotoBaller's No. 7 kicker for Week 4, making him a starter in almost all formats this week.

Jaylen Waddle Struggling to Find Consistency
Denver Broncos wide receiver Jaylen Waddle failed to follow up a massive Week 2 performance with another fruitful effort in Week 3. Waddle finished a win over the Los Angeles Rams with just two receptions on seven targets, totaling 10 yards receiving and adding one carry for 14 yards rushing. Outside of his 10-reception, 138-yard performance against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2, Waddle has finished with just three receptions for 12 yards in his team's other two matchups. The Broncos take on the San Francisco 49ers in Week 4, whose pass defense allowed Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson to record 11 receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown last week. Houston Texans D/ST Still a Top-10 Option
The Houston Texans D/ST has still made plays this season, despite the team's 0-3 start. This week, they're at home in a desperation game against the Cowboys, making them still a strong option to start in most formats. In three games, the Texans forced three turnovers last week against the Colts and stacked up four sacks while allowing 19 points. They have multiple sacks in each of their three games this season and have held the Bengals and Colts in check after struggling with the Bills in Week 1. The Cowboys have only allowed three sacks in three games this year and only have two turnovers. They are not a great D/ST matchup for the Texans, but the elite playmakers in Houston's defense still make it the No. 10 D/ST unit in RotoBaller's Week 4 rankings. Temper expectations in the tough matchup, but the Texans should still be started in most formats this week.

RJ Harvey a Factor in Broncos Passing Game
While he hasn't done much work on the ground this season, totaling only five carries for 24 yards through two games played, Denver Broncos running back RJ Harvey has been a factor in the passing game. Harvey is second among Broncos pass catchers in both targets (11) and receptions (10), while his 64 yards receiving are fourth on the team. This past week, Harvey hauled in six receptions for 41 yards during a win over the Los Angeles Rams. In Week 4, the Broncos face a San Francisco 49ers defense that allowed Arizona Cardinals running back Jeremiyah Love to record five receptions for 19 yards and a touchdown last Sunday. Greg Dulcich Only a Deep-League Option
Miami Dolphins tight end Greg Dulcich showed some signs of fantasy relevance last week, hauling in five catches for 55 yards in the Dolphins' loss to the Chiefs. Dulcich's seven targets ranked third on the team, and he did get a boost with Caleb Douglas (ankle) unavailable. Without Douglas again this week, Dulcich does have some potential upside, even in a very difficult matchup against the Vikings' strong defense. He has nine catches for 90 yards in three games this season. The Dolphins' offense has struggled as a whole, scoring the fewest points per game in the NFL, making Dulcich hard to start even if he is lined up for some extra targets. The 26-year-old from UCLA is only the No. 31 TE in RotoBaller's Week 4 rankings, so there are likely better options available, unless you are in a deep league that requires multiple tight ends.

Kevin Coleman Jr. Could Get More Work in Minnesota
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Kevin Coleman Jr. has been on the field regularly over the last two weeks, although the fifth-round rookie from Missouri has yet to make much of an impact. He played 46% of snaps in Week 2 and saw that increase to 62% of snaps in Week 3 with Caleb Douglas (ankle) out. Without Douglas, Coleman served as the Dolphins' third receiver behind Malik Washington and Chris Bell, but he only managed one catch for three yards on four targets. He only had two targets and no catches in the first two weeks of the season, so without Douglas, he did get a big boost in involvement. Douglas is out again in Week 4 against the Vikings, which should lead to Coleman getting good playing time once again. However, he's still only the No. 122 WR in RotoBaller's Week 4 rankings, so he's only worth a look as a punt play in DFS or a desperation play in extremely deep leagues.
