Latavius Murray Limited Again In Practice Thursday
2 years agoDenver Broncos running back Latavius Murray (wrist) was limited in practice on Thursday for the second straight day this week. Murray's status is worth watching heading into this weekend's game against the Carolina Panthers. If for some reason he's unable to play, the Broncos would be extremely thin in the backfield after releasing Melvin Gordon III earlier this week. Chase Edmonds (ankle) is on Injured Reserve. If he's active, Murray will be Denver's primary back and should be viewed as a low-end RB2 in Denver's anemic offense. With Gordon gone and Edmonds on the shelf, Marlon Mack is now the handcuff option for fantasy managers that have Murray rostered.
