Latavius Murray Has His Best Game Of The Season
2 years agoDenver Broncos running back Latavius Murray had his best game of the season in the 24-15 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday in Week 15. Murray led the team in carries (24) and rushing yards (130) while also scoring his fifth touchdown of the year. It was the 32-year-old veteran's first 100-yard rushing game in 2022, and it came with quarterback Russell Wilson (concussion) on the sidelines. The Cardinals run defense was no match for either Murray (5.4 yards per carry) or Marlon Mack (7.4 yards per carry) on this day. Murray also caught his only target for a 12-yard gain. Mack only handled five carries, so Murray should continue to be the Broncos' lead back for the final three games of the season. He'll continue to be an RB3/flex for fantasy managers in Week 16 against the Los Angeles Rams.
