Lane Johnson Exits With Concussion
3 months agoPhiladelphia Eagles offensive lineman Lane Johnson (concussion) has left Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints and has been ruled out for the second half. According to Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports, the star right tackle suffered a concussion in the third quarter. Johnson has been one of the most consistent players on the offensive line and has been key in a lot of their run game. Both of the backup right tackles on the depth chart are inactive, so the Eagles moved Fred Johnson to right tackle because Tyler Steen has already stepped in for an injured Mekhi Becton (finger). The offense hasn't been able to move the ball down the field as it is, so they'll try to make it out of this game without any more offensive line injuries.
