1 year agoHouston Astros starting pitcher Lance McCullers Jr. (forearm) will head to Florida to throw a bullpen session on Saturday. McCullers threw around 40 pitches in a bullpen session on Tuesday and said it was a step forward, so he's obviously getting closer to a return and should be able to make a few starts before the end of the season, barring a setback. The 24-year-old has gone 10-6 with a 3.93 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 9.9 K/9 over 22 innings. He's worth holding onto in most leagues for his upside.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
