Kyler Murray Not Expected To Be Ready For 2023 Season
2 years agoArizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (knee) isn't expected to be ready for the start of the 2023 season after he tore his ACL late in 2022. In addition to the torn ACL, Murray also suffered a torn meniscus in his knee, so it will be a lengthy recovery this offseason. He is going to take his time rehabbing to make sure his knee is 100 percent healthy. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says there's a chance that Murray won't return until the midway point of the 2023 season, so fantasy managers are probably going to want to avoid him in fall drafts. On top of his injury, the 25-year-old will be returning to a new head coach after Arizona fired Kliff Kingsbury following the season. Murray is still young and is a dynamic talent at the position, but his fantasy stock has fallen considerably.
