Kyle Korver Catches Fire In Detroit
6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Kyle Korver was on fire against the Detroit Pistons on Thursday night. He scored a team-high 21 points on 7-for-10 shooting and hit 4-of-7 shots from three-point range. Korver caught fire in the 4th quarter, scoring 16 of 21 points in the final frame. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Korver will have much of a role for this Cavaliers team. He scored just 5 points coming into this game and is averaging just 15 minutes-per-game this season. Korver is nothing more than a deep league stream for three-pointers. Even then, you could find guys on your wire that will play more minutes than Korver. The Cavaliers take on the Indiana Pacers next time out and Korver is hard to trust, even as a stream for that game.
