5 months agoCarolina Panthers quarterback Kyle Allen went 17-for-30 for 181 yards and a touchdown against the Jaguars on Sunday. With the Panthers doing most of the work on the ground, Allen threw his lone score late in the first quarter off of an 18-yard touchdown pass to Christian McCaffrey. While the 23-year-old didn't do a lot from a fantasy standpoint, he didn't hurt his case to remain the team's starter when Cam Newton (foot) is able to return. Throwing for five touchdowns with no interceptions over three games in Newton's absence, Allen will look to stay on track in Week 6 against the Buccaneers in London.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
