Kemba Walker Continues Poor Shooting Wednesday
6 years agoCharlotte Hornets point guard Kemba Walker's cold stretch continued Wednesday night against the Atlanta Hawks. Walker went 6-for-19 from the field and 6-for-10 from the line, finishing with 19 points, five rebounds, four steals, three assists and a block in 34 minutes. After a blistering start to the season, teams have been scheming for Walker specifically and his percentages have suffered lately. Walker has shot under 45.0 percent from the field in four straight games, but his volume offense has not caused him to see a big dip in points. Look for Walker to get back on track Friday against the Utah Jazz who, surprisingly, give up the most points to opposing point guards this season.
