New York Giants wide receiver Kadarius Toney was not on the injury report on Thursday and should play in Week 11 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The rookie has had a very up-and-down season (he collected 54 percent of his yards in just one game), but he remains an intriguing option nevertheless. Toney is one of the only players that anybody can watch and immediately tell that they're substantially different when compared to everyone else but is just stuck in an unfortunate situation. His lopsided success may warrant benching him indefinitely, but in Dynasty leagues, the 22-year-old holds immense value thanks to his skill and likely changing situation.--Jordan Eisen
