Juwan Johnson Fails To Produce In Week 13
1 year agoNew Orleans Saints tight end Juwan Johnson was a popular streaming target for Week 13 action with six teams on bye. Fantasy managers that went that route came away pretty upset, though, as Johnson failed to haul in all three of his targets in the 33-28 loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday. His first target of the game on the team's first offensive possession clanked off his hands and to a Lions defender for an interception. It was an early sign of how Johnson's day was going to go. It was the 27-year-old's first zero-point day of the season. Johnson will have better days ahead, but he has failed to top 50 receiving yards in all eight of his games this year and has found the end zone just once (back in Week 9). At best, he'll be a touchdown-dependent TE2 in the Week 14 contest versus the Carolina Panthers.
