Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive lineman Justin Skule is signing with the Minnesota Vikings. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. The veteran tackle was a sixth-round pick of the San Francisco 49ers in 2019 and spent his first two seasons with the team, appearing in 12 games (four starts). Skule suffered an ACL injury in 2021 and was eventually released by the 49ers during the 2022 preseason, landing on the Buccaneers' practice squad. The Vanderbilt alum played in just one game that year for Tampa Bay but would appear in each of the Bucs' games over the prior two seasons, including five starts. Minnesota continues to retool its offensive line, and Skule will likely serve as a depth piece behind incumbent starters Christian Darrisaw and Brian O'Neill.--Alex Ciulla
