3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Justin Jackson (quadriceps) is questionable to return in the Week 8 game against the New England Patriots. Jackson had three carries for 79 yards, including a 75-yard carry in the first half, before leaving this game due to injury. Joshua Kelley was a healthy scratch on Sunday, so if Jackson doesn't return the rest of the way, rookie Larry Rountree III will see all of the backfield looks as Austin Ekeler's primary backup. At the start of the fourth quarter against New England, Rountree has just two carries for six rushing yards, and he hasn't been targeted in the passing game.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
