5 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Justin Jackson (foot) is in a walking boot after landing on the injury report on Thursday. Jackson's status for Week 4 against the Dolphins is now in serious doubt. It's a shame, too, since he was shaping up as an upside RB3/flex in an excellent matchup that would likely see him getting substantial second-half touches behind Austin Ekeler. If Jackson is inactive, it might force the Chargers into using Melvin Gordon in a limited role behind Ekeler. Heading into Week 5, Gordon should return to lead-back duties, moving Jackson down to No. 3 on the depth chart.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
