5 months agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Justin Jackson (calf) is dealing with a calf strain that could keep him out a few weeks. Jackson was shaping up as a nice RB3/flex option this week against the lowly Dolphins, but he injured himself in practice on Thursday and has already been ruled out for this Sunday. He's currently in a walking boot and could miss multiple games. With Melvin Gordon ending his contract holdout this week and likely returning to the lead-back role in Week 5, Jackson's fantasy value is basically all but dried up. Expect Troymaine Pope to serve as the No. 3 behind Gordon and Austin Ekeler next weekend. Jackson can be safely dropped in most leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
