2 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Jurickson Profar is starting in left field and is batting leadoff in Game 3 of the National League Division Series on Friday against the Los Angeles Dodgers and right-hander Tony Gonsolin. Profar was dropped to seventh in the order in the Game 2 win on Wednesday in which he went 2-for-3 with an RBI, walk and strikeout in the 5-3 victory. The 29-year-old switch-hitter has been swinging a hot bat so far in the playoffs in 2022, going 6-for-19 (.316) with a homer, five RBI, three runs scored, three walks and three strikeouts in five games. Shortstop Ha-Seong Kim will move back down to the seventh spot in the lineup with Profar going back to leadoff on Friday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
