Jung Hoo Lee Dealing With Hamstring Tightness
9 months agoSan Francisco Giants rookie outfielder Jung Hoo Lee (hamstring) is dealing with left-hamstring tightness in camp and will be limited for the next two to three days. Lee was pulled from Wednesday's Cactus League game early as a precaution. It's something to watch for the 25-year-old as he prepares for his first season in the big leagues, but it appears to be minor, so it would be a surprise if Lee isn't ready for Opening Day on March 28. Lee will be San Fran's starting center fielder in 2024 after signing a six-year, $113 million deal after seven strong seasons in Korea. He has elite contact ability and should score plenty of runs for fantasy managers at the top of the Giants' batting order. Lee doesn't have much power, though. Some have worried about how he'll handle velocity in the big leagues, but he's been impressive so far in spring training.
