Juan Lagares Suffers Toe Injury On Monday
                
        
        Los Angeles Angels outfielder Juan  Lagares (toe) was forced to leave Monday's game against the Cleveland Indians after suffering a toe injury. He hit his toe against the outfield wall while attempting to track a home run off the bat of Harold  Ramirez in the eighth inning of the game. He was replaced by Justin  Upton. Lagares is set to undergo further evaluations on Tuesday to determine the severity of the injury. Lagares has only appeared in 10 games so far this year and is slashing .208/.269/.333.
