Joshua Palmer Could Return This Year
1 year agoLos Angeles Chargers head coach Brandon Staley said that there's a possibility that wide receiver Joshua Palmer (knee) will return this year. Palmer is on Injured Reserve with a knee sprain and is eligible to return at any time. The 24-year-old pass-catcher hasn't played since going down with his knee injury in the Week 8 win over the Chicago Bears, and there remains no timetable for a possible return. He's worth stashing in fantasy leagues if you have the room, as he was the Chargers' No. 2 wideout behind target hog Keenan Allen after Mike Williams' (knee) season-ending injury earlier this year. Jalen Guyton and rookie first-rounder Quentin Johnston have been on the field more with Palmer on IR, but neither receiver has really been able to capitalize yet.
