Winnipeg Jets defenseman Josh Morrissey wrote his name in history on Tuesday night by becoming the team's first-ever blue-liner to post four assists in a single game. He put on a playmaking clinic in a 6-3 victory over New Jersey. Two of Morrissey's helpers came on the power play. Morrissey is also now the second rearguard in Jets history with multiple four-point games, joining Dustin Byfuglien. The 28-year-old set himself very high standards with a 76-point campaign last season, but Morrissey isn't far from matching his output in 2023-24, with him averaging just 0.04 points fewer. In 15 outings, Morrissey has had one goal and 13 assists.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
