Jordan Love Showing Improvement At OTAs
4 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones has noticed a difference in quarterback Jordan Love, who the organization traded up to select in the first round of the 2020 draft, during organized team activities this week. The Packers are still hoping they can convince Aaron Rodgers to play for them this year, but Love looks much different than the third-stringer that he was in his rookie season. "You can tell he's just a lot more comfortable out there, even from communicating in the huddle to the command of the huddle to just everything," Jones said. Love had more velocity on his throws and was also more accurate. It's a good sign for the future of the organization, but it also must be taken with a grain of salt during May practices without a pass rush. If Rodgers doesn't return to the team, Love will likely be the starter in Week 1, but that doesn't mean he'll be on the fantasy radar in single-year leagues.
