1 year agoChicago Blackhawks center Jonathan Toews had perhaps his biggest night of the season in a 8-5 victory over the Washington Capitals on Sunday, posting three goals and adding two assists in the win. The Hawks' captain also finished the contest with a plus-five rating, one power-play point and six shots on goal in 19 minutes and eight seconds of ice time. With the banner night, Toews has now picked up at least one point in 10 of his last 12 games (16 points over the span) and has 47 points (21 goals, 26 assists) in 50 games on the campaign. The 30-year-old has managed to take his game to another level offensively in 2018-2019 and he looks primed to eclipse the 70-point mark for just the second time in his career. Considering Toews is a top-100 player in most fantasy formats thus far, he should be started when the Hawks take on the Islanders on Tuesday.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
