Jonathan Taylor Won't Practice Wednesday
2 years agoIndianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) will not practice on Wednesday due to an ankle injury that caused him to miss two games already this year. Taylor briefly left the game last Sunday but eventually returned to finish with 16 carries for a very pedestrian 76 yards. The 23-year-old has been a massive disappointment as the first overall pick in most fantasy drafts, and he enters Week 9 as the RB33 in half-point PPR leagues. The fact that he was able to return to the game against Washington is a good sign, but Taylor clearly isn't 100 percent and fantasy managers need to keep an eye on his status heading into the weekend against the New England Patriots. With Nyheim Hines now in Buffalo, newly acquired Zack Moss and Deon Jackson would take over backfield duties if Taylor is limited or out.
