7 years agoToronto Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas nearly saved the day on Friday for the Raptors, as he delivered a thunderous buzzer-beating dunk to send the game into overtime, before ultimately falling short to the Bucks in the extra period. Valanciunas scored 10 points in this one on an efficient 5-for-7 shooting, while adding three assists and eight rebounds to his line. JV was playing great basketball before the All-Star break and hopefully he can keep up that level of play going forward. He will have the opportunity to upstage Andre Drummond on Monday as the Raps host the Pistons after they get some extra rest this weekend.--Matthew Thomas
