The Miami Dolphins re-signed defensive tackle John Jenkins to an undisclosed deal on Thursday. Jenkins will return for his second season in Miami in 2022 after he had 16 tackles (10 solo) in seven games (two starts) last year. The 32-year-old will return as a reserve defensive lineman for the Dolphins. Jenkins was originally a third-round pick by the New Orleans Saints in 2013 out of Georgia. In nine NFL seasons with five different teams, Jenkins has compiled 192 tackles (104 solo), eight tackles for loss, eight QB hits, 2.5 sacks, four passes defensed and a fumble recovery in 100 games (30 starts).--Keith HernandezRead More News
